We're seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a high-performing manufacturing team in Auckland. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for preparing, powder coating and finishing metal components to meet quality, safety and production standards. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work in a well-established manufacturing environment.

What you’ll do:
- Preparing metal parts for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
- Applying powder coatings using manual and/or automated systems
- Curing and finishing coated products
- Inspecting finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and safe
- Following all health & safety and quality procedures
What you need:
- Previous experience as a powder coater would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work to deadlines in a production environment
- A reliable attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
