About This Role

The Post Office Manager is responsible for organizing and delivering full-service retail postal services to Shoppers Drug Mart customers, maximizing department revenue and customer satisfaction. This role suits someone who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and can lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure that Post Office staff demonstrate the CORE Values
• Interview and recommend final candidates for hiring
• Ensure Post Office cashiers comply with all Store Standards
• Train employees in job functions and provide ongoing coaching and instructions
• Assist with completing performance reviews of Post Office cashier staff in conjunction with the FSM
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided beyond expectation
• Ensure employees present a proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy
• Ensure all loss prevention systems and procedures are performed according to Standards
• Ensure procedures regarding parcel checks are adhered to
