Responsibilities

• Manage the team, ensuring they have all the tools needed for success
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for customers, as well as all operational guidelines for each appliance/piece of equipment
• Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high operational standards
• Promote a respectful team environment and manage the team with open communication and understanding
• Manage inventories and orders
