Questcare Matrix, a division of Envision Physician Services, is looking for physicians for a rewarding and flexible opportunity in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. Experience in an acute or post-acute care setting is preferred, but not mandatory.

Details of the position:
- Productivity-based compensation plan with great earning potential
- Part time position - approximately 60-80 hours per month
- Locations in North Dallas and Plano area
- No APP supervision required
- Extremely flexible rounding schedule seeing skilled nursing, long-term nursing, and assisted living residents
- Equitable after-hours & weekend call without on-site presence requirement
