Portuguese Social Media Content Moderator

About This Role

This role involves ensuring a safe online environment by moderating user-generated content for a multinational BPO company in Greece. The content moderator will review submissions and user interactions to maintain compliance with community guidelines and foster a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve or reject content submissions (comments, videos, images, or posts)
• Monitor user interactions and take appropriate action against violations (issuing warnings or bans)
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent moderation policies
• Understand and implement client policies and guidelines effectively

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (C1-C2)
• Very good command of English (B2)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Emotional resilience
• Critical thinking
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
