Responsibilities
- Manage entrusted asset management mandates in compliance with the bank's investment strategy, regulatory requirements, and client restrictions
- Analyze and explain investment policy and current macroeconomic developments, and support client discussions
- Maintain and further develop the portfolio management platform and tools used, with the aim of increasing efficiency
- Independently lead and participate in projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies with a business administration focus or comparable qualifications
- Sound knowledge of financial instruments traded on the financial market and several years of practical experience in securities business (back office, trading, client support, portfolio management, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills, structured way of working
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of client and bank needs and their targeted implementation
- High diligence, accuracy, and reliability in daily work
- Team orientation with a focus on success
- Confident demeanor and convincing presentation skills
- Openness to changes and further developments
- High degree of initiative and flexibility
- Strong IT affinity and knowledge (Avaloq, Excel) is an advantage
- Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to work with AI tools
