Portfolio Manager

About This Role

Planning and running marketing campaigns that bring new customers to the company's online store. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential developments, monitoring project performance, and optimizing the financial and strategic value of the company’s property assets. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in finance and real estate, looking to contribute to high-quality, design-led projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of residential developments
• Monitor project performance
• Optimize the financial and strategic value of the company’s property assets
• Analyze market trends
• Evaluate investment opportunities
• Manage cash flows and budgets
• Prepare regular portfolio performance reports for senior leadership
• Collaborate closely with finance, development, and sales teams to align portfolio decisions with business objectives
• Manage risk
• Support long-term growth
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as banks, investors, and advisors, to support funding and investment strategies

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, assess risk, and make evidence-based recommendations
• Proficiency in finance and investments, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating property or real-estate related investment opportunities
• Demonstrated portfolio management expertise, including tracking performance, rebalancing assets, and optimizing returns within defined risk parameters
• Understanding of trading or transaction execution related to property acquisitions, disposals, and financing arrangements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Experience in real estate development, property investment, or asset management, preferably within the Ghanaian or West African market
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Nice to have:

• Advanced certification (e.g., CFA, FRM, real estate finance)
