Job Overview We are currently seeking a talented individual for the Polish Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Polish-speaking customers across multiple communication channels
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complex inquiries within the customer support services sector
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows and communication standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient troubleshooting advice
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring professional representation of the company in every interaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols within the organization
Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation to Bulgaria)
- Strong proficiency in English to facilitate team communication
- Previous experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric attitude
- Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
