Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class technical and account support to players within the Gaming & Esports community
- Resolve player inquiries regarding game functionality, billing, and technical troubleshooting in Polish
- Maintain high levels of player satisfaction by delivering timely and empathetic communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to flag technical bugs and feedback to improve the overall gaming experience
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and game updates to provide accurate, real-time information to our player base
- Participate in community engagement initiatives and ensure a positive atmosphere across all support channels
Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Strong passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with modern gaming platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into player-friendly language
- Previous experience in customer support or a high-paced digital environment is considered a significant advantage
