Job Overview We are currently sourcing exceptional candidates for a Polish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist position in Bulgaria, supporting one of the world's most influential social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure community safety
- Review and analyze reports of policy violations, including misinformation, harassment, and prohibited content
- Apply platform-specific guidelines and legal requirements to maintain a safe and inclusive digital environment
- Identify emerging trends in platform misuse and provide feedback to the engineering and policy teams
- Collaborate with international teams to refine moderation processes and improve digital trust initiatives
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced social media moderation setting
- Provide insightful reporting on community health and potential escalations for Polish-speaking regions
Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
- Valid EU passport is required for all applicants
- Strong interest in the social media industry and current digital trends
- Proven ability to remain objective and professional when reviewing sensitive content
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
