Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support services to Polish-speaking clients across multiple digital channels
- Resolve complex inquiries with a focus on high-quality customer experience and brand loyalty

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support workflows and enhance service efficiency

Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU (mandatory)
