Job Overview We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Polish Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This unique role offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the high-energy world of Gaming & Esports while providing vital back-office support to a premium international client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality back-office support for our Gaming & Esports platform users in Polish
- Monitor and manage account integrity and platform security, ensuring a safe environment for all players
- Process complex administrative requests related to player documentation and verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve gaming-related technical inquiries
- Analyze player data and trends to improve overall service efficiency and customer experience
- Maintain deep product knowledge of current esports titles and gaming industry standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows through your expert insights
Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Previous experience in administrative, back-office, or customer support roles is highly preferred
- A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and its communities
- Strong proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail when managing sensitive documentation
