About This Role
Producing and editing the company's podcast, "Run With Fitpage," is the core of this role, from guest selection to post-release analysis. The producer will manage all aspects of the show, working closely with content, social, and community teams.
Responsibilities
- Research and build a pipeline of guests: elite and everyday runners, coaches, physios, nutritionists, race organisers and community leaders
- Handle guest outreach, follow-ups and confirmations over email, WhatsApp and social
- Schedule recordings across guests, hosts and studio or on-location availability
- Research each guest and write episode outlines, briefs and question sets for the host
- Set up and run cameras, lighting, microphones and recorders for studio and on-location shoots
- Monitor audio and video quality during recording and manage backups on set
- Edit full episodes in Adobe Audition (cleanup, levelling, noise reduction, mastering) and Adobe Premiere Pro (multicam edits, graphics, captions)
- Cut short-form teasers, reels and clips for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
- Prepare thumbnails, titles, show notes and timestamps with the design and social teams
- Publish episodes on YouTube and audio platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts) on a consistent schedule
- Track downloads, views, watch time, retention and social engagement for every release
- Share a monthly performance report with recommendations for topics, guests and formats
- Maintain a content calendar and episode tracker
- Organise raw footage, project files and final exports so anything can be found and reused
Requirements
- Experience in podcast production, video editing and audio editing, with a portfolio of published episodes or clips
- Hands-on skill with Adobe Premiere Pro for video and Adobe Audition for audio
- Comfortable setting up cameras, lighting, microphones and recording equipment on your own
- Good communication and coordination skills, especially with guests and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail, organised file management and a record of delivering on time
Nice to have:
- A personal interest in running, fitness or endurance sport
- Working knowledge of YouTube Studio, Spotify for Creators and Instagram analytics
- Motion graphics or After Effects basics for titles and lower thirds
- Comfort with tools like Descript, CapCut or AI captioning to speed up short-form edits
- Hindi plus English, for guests who prefer either
