About the role
- PMS Strategy & AUM Growth: Define and execute the PMS strategy, drive HNI/UHNI client acquisition and retention, grow AUM, and identify new market/investment opportunities through Sales, Wealth and external partnerships.
- Investment & Product Leadership: Lead portfolio construction, asset allocation, stock selection and research across PMS strategies; drive differentiated products such as thematic, quant and long-short strategies while delivering consistent risk-adjusted returns.
- Client, Risk & Compliance Management: Manage HNI/UHNI relationships, portfolio reviews and investment advisory while ensuring SEBI PMS compliance, portfolio risk controls, liquidity monitoring and strong governance.
- Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Build and mentor Fund Managers, Analysts and Dealers; establish performance-driven processes and collaborate with Research, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, custodians, auditors and other external stakeholders. Include AI-led research, reporting and automation initiatives.
