Responsibilities 金融基幹システムを中心とした中規模・大規模プロジェクトにおいて、PM／PLとして要件定義から運用まで一貫して担当し、顧客折衝や提案にも携わりながら、プロジェクトをリードいただきます。
金融未経験の方も歓迎しており、金融×大規模×プライム案件の環境で、上流工程・マネジメントの経験を積めるポジションです。
■ 具体的な業務内容
- 金融（銀行・証券・保険・カード）業界向けシステム開発プロジェクトの推進
- PM／PLとして要件定義～運用までのプロジェクト全体のリード
- Java・.NET・COBOLを中心とした業務系システム開発
- QCD管理およびチームマネジメントの担当
- プロジェクト成功に向けた推進・課題管理
- 金融機関向けプライム案件への参画

Requirements ■必須
- PMまたはPL経験（3年以上、または30人月以上のプロジェクト管理経験）
■歓迎
- システム開発経験3年以上（言語不問）
- 上流工程（要件定義、基本設計等）の経験
- マネジメント経験（5名程度のチーム管理）
- 見積作成経験
- アジャイル開発に関する知識・資格・実務経験
- 金融業界に関する知識または関連資格
