Responsibilities 同社では、AIやクラウド技術を活用した次世代プラットフォーム開発や新規サービス開発など、事業変革を支える多様なプロジェクトを推進しています。事業部門やPdM、国内外の開発チームなど多くのステークホルダーと連携しながら、プロジェクトの成功をリードする実行型PMOを募集しています。
■ポジションについて
担当プロジェクトは、既存システムの改善・保守だけではなく、新規プロダクト開発もお任せします。
■具体的な業務内容事業部門・PdMとの要求整理プロジェクト計画・スケジュール策定スコープ・課題・リスク管理Jira／Backlogを利用したチケット管理複数チーム間の調整・ファシリテーション開発・テスト・リリースまでの推進要求変更時の影響分析UAT・受入・リリース支援プロジェクト運営ルールやプロセス改善AIを活用した業務効率化・プロジェクト改善
■利用ツールJira／Confluence／Backlog／Slack／Google Workspace／Microsoft Office／Bitbucket／Figma／生成AI（Claude等）

Requirements ■必須
- システム開発プロジェクトの参画経験
- PM、PMO、PL、SE、またはBusiness Analystの経験
- 進捗管理、課題管理、タスク管理経験
- 要件整理および開発チームとの調整経験
- Jira、Backlog等のチケット管理ツール利用経験
- 複数部門・関係者との調整経験

- Agile／Scrum開発経験
- PdM・POとの協業経験
- オフショア開発経験
- Java、Spring Boot、API、DBに関する知識・経験
- テスト・品質管理経験
