✔️ 5+ years of PMO, Project Coordination, or Program Governance experience

✔️ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
✔️ Cross-functional stakeholder management across Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Tech teams
Secondary (Good to Have):
✔️ Prior experience supporting Data Privacy, Regulatory, or Compliance programs
✔️ Background within large enterprise Banking or Financial Services (BFS) environments
✔️ Experience operating in hybrid Agile and Waterfall project environments
✔️ Knowledge of resource tracking, capacity planning, and project budget forecasting
✔️ Familiarity with enterprise data governance and data management frameworks
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Data Privacy Lead to support the Data Privacy Program team on a 5-day onsite basis in Wilmington, DE or New York, NY. The incumbent will oversee core program governance, project coordination, weekly status reporting, RAID log tracking, and senior stakeholder communications across multiple high-priority privacy initiatives. Sitting within the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) vertical, this role directly drives project health, ensures regulatory alignment, and maintains compliance standards across complex, enterprise-wide technology and risk workstreams.
Roles & Responsibilities
✔️ Support day-to-day PMO governance, coordinating project plans, dependencies, and milestones across multiple data privacy workstreams
✔️ Prepare and distribute weekly status reports, executive dashboards, and steering committee presentations for senior leadership
✔️ Facilitate governance meetings, manage working sessions, capture detailed minutes, and track action items to resolution
✔️ Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), monitoring project health and escalating risks to program leadership
✔️ Partner with cross-functional business, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and technology teams to enforce PMO standards and deliverable timelines
