About This Role
Working on diverse projects from new construction to remodeling, the Plumber installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. This role ensures water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations, utilizing technical skills and hands-on experience to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal for residential and commercial clients
- Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure proper system installation and repairs
- Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras safely and effectively on various job sites
- Perform drain cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure unobstructed water flow
- Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work
- Collaborate with construction teams during remodeling or new construction projects, ensuring seamless integration of plumbing systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing, and commercial plumbing projects
- Proficiency with welding techniques and pipe threading tools for custom fittings and repairs
- Strong knowledge of water systems, plumbing system maintenance, and repair procedures
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately
- Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnosing complex issues
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and assembly techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude at all times
- Experience operating company vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws and safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical specifications
- Heavy lifting capability required for handling materials and equipment on-site
