About This Role
This plumbing role supports all properties of Integrity Realty Group, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across multifamily apartment communities. It suits a skilled and dependable plumber with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues throughout multifamily apartment buildings and individual units
- Repair and replace toilets, faucets, sinks, shower valves, garbage disposals, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures
- Identify and repair leaks involving water supply lines, drain lines, and waste piping
- Perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and minor sewer line repairs as needed
- Respond to plumbing service requests, maintenance emergencies, and water-related issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to reduce breakdowns and water damage
- Assist with plumbing renovations, unit turns, and apartment rehabilitation projects
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify potential issues requiring repair or replacement
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams regarding repair needs and project schedules
- Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicles, and plumbing materials
- Document completed work, materials used, and any additional repairs recommended
- Follow all applicable plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements
- Previous plumbing experience in residential, commercial, or multifamily property maintenance preferred
- Valid plumbing license preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and common plumbing repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests across properties
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift plumbing materials and equipment and perform physical maintenance work
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
