Responsibilities:
-
Ensure the safety of children at all times
-
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
-
Responsible for planning and implementing programs for children
-
Engage children with activities to enhance their learning experience
-
Observe, assess and document children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health
-
Establish relationships and communication with parents
-
Attend to children's basic care giving needs, such as showering, feeding, and diaper changing
-
Enforce all administration policies and policies governing children
-
Prepare materials and classrooms for activities
-
Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of preschool programs
