Key Responsibilities
-
Own the internal go-to-market strategy for the full EDP product suite, including positioning, messaging, and value narratives tailored to distinct personas (data engineers, analysts, plant/business teams, product managers, executives).

Act as a pre-sales/solutions consultant for high-value teams and domains running discovery conversations, mapping EDP capabilities to business problems, and building tailored pitches, demos, and proposals that convert interest into onboarded users.

Partner closely with EDP product managers and engineering leads to stay ahead of the roadmap, translating new features and capabilities into compelling, business-relevant stories and enablement content.

Build and execute a multi-channel internal marketing plan (town halls, newsletters, Slack/Teams communities, demo days, office hours, internal case studies) to drive awareness and consideration across business units.

Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement assets: one-pagers, decks, ROI/value calculators, demo scripts, FAQs, and reference/success stories from existing adopting teams.

Define, track, and report adoption funnel metrics (awareness, trial, onboarding, active usage, expansion) and use insights to continuously refine messaging and outreach tactics.

Identify and prioritize target domains/teams for onboarding using an impact-driven framework, balancing quick wins with strategic, high-value use cases.

Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer feedback from prospective and existing users, feeding insights back into the product roadmap and governance/metadata quality priorities.

Communicate adoption progress, pipeline, and impact metrics to senior leadership, building the case for continued investment and organizational alignment.

Collaborate with governance, data quality, and platform teams to ensure marketing promises align with platform trust, security, and reliability standards.

8+ years of experience spanning product marketing, product management, and/or pre-sales/solutions consulting, ideally within data, analytics, cloud, or enterprise platform domains.

Demonstrated success driving internal or external adoption of technical/data products through targeted marketing, enablement, and consultative selling.

Strong product management fundamentals: ability to understand platform architecture and capabilities deeply enough to translate them into business value and prioritize outreach using impact frameworks.

Experience running discovery/needs-assessment conversations with technical and business stakeholders and converting them into tailored pitches or proof-of-concepts.

Excellent storytelling and content development skillsdecks, demos, one-pagers, videos, case studiesfor both executive and technical audiences.

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across a large, matrixed enterprise.

Experience defining and tracking adoption/usage funnels and KPIs, with a data-driven approach to iterating on messaging and channels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and facilitating large internal events/webinars.

Master''s degree in a relevant technical or business field (preferred, not required).

Prior experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales enablement role within a data/cloud/SaaS environment.

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, BigQuery) and modern data architectures.

Understanding of data-centric architectures, including ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption patterns, with an appreciation for data quality and governance.

Experience building internal communities of practice or champion/ambassador programs to drive grassroots product adoption.

Familiarity with marketing/adoption analytics tools (e.g., product analytics platforms, CRM, campaign tracking) to measure funnel performance.
