■About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join a team responsible for the design and development of a Digital Twin platform for enterprise customers and users of Woven City and mobility test environments.
This role focuses on building scalable, reliable, and developer-friendly infrastructure to support modern SaaS services and enable seamless platform adoption.
■Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) to support mission-critical Digital Twin platform services
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for efficient, repeatable, and self-service deployments
- Collaborate with internal development teams to streamline onboarding and improve platform adoption through standardized deployment templates and automation
- Implement and manage observability systems to ensure system reliability, health monitoring, and actionable insights across services
- Build and enhance developer enablement tools to deliver a modern and intuitive platform experience
- Proactively identify infrastructure bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Contribute to architectural decisions, propose enhancements, and promote best practices for SaaS infrastructure and developer experience
■Requirements
Required Qualifications (MUST)
- Proven experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in Kubernetes environments (preferably Amazon EKS)
- Strong hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code, including:
- Terraform (cloud and infrastructure provisioning)
- Helm (Kubernetes application packaging)
- Demonstrated experience building or operating internal platforms or SaaS infrastructure, with a focus on enabling teams via:
- Self-service tooling
- CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Argo CD)
- Templated deployments
Preferred Qualifications (SHOULD)
- Experience with modern observability stacks and integrating monitoring/logging systems in production SaaS environments
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization systems at scale (design, integration, and operation)
- Experience implementing or integrating developer enablement tools, such as:
- Internal developer portals (e.g., Backstage)
- Repository onboarding workflows
- Standardized deployment templates across teams
