As a Plastics Extrusion Specialist, you will serve as a vital member of our manufacturing floor, overseeing the precision operation of blow-molding equipment to ensure consistent output. Responsibilities
- Configure and manage blow-molding machinery to meet exact production parameters.
- Drive process improvements by monitoring output and adjusting machine settings for peak efficiency.
- Execute proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to verify that all manufactured parts meet strict technical standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of production runs and quality inspection results.
- Foster a culture of safety and organization by strictly adhering to operational protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Partner with cross-functional team members to hit daily production targets and operational milestones.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated professional experience operating blow-molding or similar extrusion machinery.
