As Plant Initiative Manager, you will be the key connection between the manufacturing site, business stakeholders, and global innovation teams, ensuring the successful implementation of product innovations, material changes, supplier initiatives, process improvements, and cost-saving projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, and drive operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and business results. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of some of our most recognized brands while creating meaningful value for consumers and the business.

What You Will Do

• Lead and execute innovation, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives within the plant.
• Lead and drive the TPM-EEM pillar to secure manufacturing readiness and enable operational excellence across the organization.
• Manage complex projects involving products, materials, equipment, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Global Innovation teams.
• Ensure successful project execution, from validation through launch and implementation.
• Lead and develop a team while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Use data and operational insights to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, and performance.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, innovation management, or project management.
• Proven success leading innovation, product lifecycle, validation, or manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders across local, regional, and global environments.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and familiarity with SAP.
• Knowledge of data analysis, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly valued.
