Planning Pilot

About This Role

This role is for a Planning Pilot who will analyze and propose schedules, managing the development and industrialization phases of projects. The position involves driving engineering convergence, managing sourcing and launch planning, and preparing teams for risk and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and propose the schedule
• Manage the development and industrialization phases through the schedule
• Drive Simul engineering for Class A convergence and SHRM follow-up with respect to specific tasks on Driving engineering, 3rd parties, Manufacturing, VPE, and Style studio to keep the master Class B/Class A towards SHRM
• Manage Sourcing/TKO glide paths, driving the Source Plan with Purchase to complete 100% of sourcing before SHRM for Programs RHD/LHD and High markets on specified timelines
• Prepare teams on the risk and actions plan
• Track OT/OT-OP maturity and build vehicle configuration along with engineering and SQE
• Elaborate the detailed schedule of build phases and milestones
• List customers’ needs in complete and partial means
• Take industrial capacity schedules into account, as well as quality requirements to pass the gates
• Plan means using Gantt-Jamaica charts
• Guarantee means’ delivery dates
• Work hands-on with Microsoft Project 365
• Get involved in the improvement and implementation of operation modes and referential, especially by taking part in project’s formalized lesson learned
• Prepare and launch the launch planning along with Brand Strategies for tasks including special car preparation like marketing, PR, and media car
• Manage key KPI related to Fleet Preparation and management in terms of delivery and monitoring
