Brunel Energy is recruiting a Planner Analyzer & Measurement
to work with a major oil and gas company on a long-term contract in Sabine Pass, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Plan all maintenance activities and ensure maintenance is planned on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis in SAP S/4 HANA for all equipment.
- Develop annual and long-term work plans and use SAP-generated reports to plan maintenance in the most efficient way possible by considering the capacity of craft technicians, equipment availability, and production schedules, including scheduled work orders and corrective work orders.
- Create new work plans when devices require more frequent scheduled maintenance and review work status on a weekly basis, ensuring all finished open work orders are set as complete at the end of the month.
- Provide support to the preparation of budgets, provide supporting documentation, and participate in strategy development and reviews.
- Develop and maintain job plans for inspection, testing, repair, and replacement of equipment.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Inspection teams to prioritize maintenance work.
- Identify, codify, and update required materials, tools, and services in SAP and ensure the availability of spare parts for Maintenance Execution.
- Maintain asset registry and history, including records and certifications.
- Define work method, activities, resources, material, and logical sequence to execute maintenance activities.
- Receive administrative work guidance and career development through the Maintenance organization; gain functional expertise and individual craft knowledge through networking with the local maintenance organizations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- 10 years’ relevant work experience required.
- Extensive working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Planning, Scheduling and Execution processes, procedures, and best practices in Analyzer and Measurement equipment.
- Strong knowledge of the various types of Analyzers and Measurement equipment in the facility.
- A strong working relationship and collaborative partner in the interactions of maintenance activities and performance in conjunction with reliable, sustained operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering in development and design and modification of all terminal equipment.
- Planning small to medium scale projects.
- Experience with scaffolding, painting, insulation, heavy equipment operation-rigging/lifting crafts, welding, fabrication, machining work estimation and planning.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Degree or similar is a plus.
- Scheduling software definition and build experience is a plus.
- Experience with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.
- Experience working in a PHMSA regulated Pipeline facility preferred.
