Job Description
- This is a hands-on opportunity to manage a full caseload from intake through resolution.
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in and trying cases
- Collaborating with and receiving mentorship from certified civil trial attorneys
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of law firm experience in personal injury litigation
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required); admission to the New York Bar is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases independently
- A demonstrated work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
