Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Micros POS system efficiently to process orders, payments, and refunds accurately.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Experience
- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or restaurant operations enhances your ability to succeed here.
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation practices is highly valued.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and inventory management are essential.
- A background in the food industry or restaurant environment demonstrates your readiness to thrive in this role.

Pay: $18.30-$21.00 per hour
