Pilates Instructor

About This Role

Pilates instructors lead effective total body workouts focused on low-impact, isometric movements that strengthen and energize. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is confident, passionate about movement, enjoys motivating others, and thrives in a supportive, community-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic and safe mat-based Pilates classes for all fitness levels
• Cue proper alignment and form, offering modifications and progressions as needed
• Create an encouraging, empowering, and community-focused class environment
• Arrive on time, prepared, and embody professionalism and positivity
• Represent the studio’s brand and values professionally at all times
• Engage with members before and after class to help build strong client relationships
• Collaborate with staff and help promote the studio’s offerings

Requirements

• Passion for health, fitness and empowering others
• Prior experience in group fitness, Pilates, or movement is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in front of groups
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
