With 24-hour in-house pediatric intensivist coverage and dedicated pediatric critical care transport services, the Assistant Nurse Manager PICU will coordinate complex workflows, guide real-time decisions, and maintain close partnership with intensivists. The role carries operational oversight across advanced pediatric specialty care, with strong clinical leadership visibility and influence over quality improvement, staffing support, care standards, and collaboration between pediatric inpatient and critical care services.
Supported by senior nursing leadership, this RN assistant manager will partner with nursing leaders, pediatric intensivists, physicians, transport professionals, and ancillary departments to align daily operations with broader organizational goals.
