The role is at the heart of Wolt Market's operations in Israel, and the picker is responsible for ensuring that all orders are ready for collection by the couriers quickly and efficiently.
The work is from Sunday to Saturday between 06:30 and 00:30, with flexible morning/afternoon/evening shifts, 4-5 shifts per week, and about 8 hours per shift.
Salary: 38 ILS per hour + bonuses of up to 6 ILS per hour
The role includes:
- Receiving and picking orders through the app on a unique picking route
- Collecting and packaging products and delivering them to customers and couriers
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store
- Unpacking and organizing goods as needed
- Working in a dynamic and young environment
