As a Physiotherapist (Principal / Senior Positions Available), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide assessment, planning and review physiotherapy services according to patients’ individual needs.
- Develop and promote exercise and mobility programmes to maintain or enhance patients’ functional abilities.
- Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans where necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care.
- Conduct and participate in orientation, in-service training, and educational programmes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior physiotherapy staff in their clinical practice.
- Stay updated on evidence-based practices, physiotherapy techniques, and professional development.
- Educate and advise patients and caregivers on self-management and recovery strategies.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy or relevant field.
- Valid Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) registration.
