Position Summary

Rehab Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in healthcare and gaining valuable hands-on experience in a clinical setting.

As a Therapy Technician, you will work alongside our physical therapists to support patient care, assist with daily clinic operations, and help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient treatments and therapeutic exercises
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
• Escort patients to and from treatment areas
• Monitor patients during therapy sessions and communicate any concerns to the physical therapist
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy rooms and equipment
• Assist with administrative duties including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records
• Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure patient comfort throughout their visit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
