- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Louisiana Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary healthcare environment

What You Will Do Plan and implement physical therapy treatment programs for assigned patients in accordance with medical diagnosis and rehabilitation goals, collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and interdisciplinary team goals
