Summary AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care through evaluation and treatment of patient's injuries and illness.
Qualifications Other information:
- Must have current License as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania, preferred
- May have Temporary Practice Permit as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania; must be licensed within 3 months of hire
- Must successfully complete FIMS within 6 months of hire
- Must have Healthcare Provider CPR Certification within 1 year of hire
