Overview $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! A Part Time (25 hours) Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT), position is now available in Pittsfield, MA for a skilled Physical Therapist who is looking for and interested in working with both inpatients and outpatients in a family-oriented community dedicated to quality care and outcomes. We can consider full-time (30 hours) status as well which would provide full benefits. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus! Facility is a 5-star rated sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located right in the heart of the beautiful Berkshires in Pittsfield, MA. The facility features 54 light-filled private rooms each with a private full bathroom. Facility offers short-term, long-term, and outpatient rehab services in our spacious state-of-the art gym featuring a full practice kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in-shower, and a separate private therapy room for one-on-one treatment. The rehabilitation department here truly functions as a supportive team to promote best outcomes and patient success. Facility has a fantastic reputation in the community and has been a keystone in Berkshire County since 1888! Job Requirements
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
- Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting.
Good Faith Rate Range: $45.00 - $48.00
