Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises and manual therapies, educate patients and families on proper techniques, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with team members to ensure holistic care. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, a valid state PT license, and current CPR certification. Experience ranges from 0-1 years. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills are essential.
