Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Orthopedics with Sign-on Bonus Location: Exeter, NH Job Type: Full-Time Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule, including 5x8s or 4x10s We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a growing outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation team in Southern New Hampshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys a collaborative, patient-focused environment and wants to work with a diverse orthopedic caseload, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, joint replacement, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
Both experienced clinicians and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services based on the patient's individualized plan of care.
- Treat patients with orthopedic, sports-related, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other appropriate interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising therapists and other members of the care team.
- Educate patients on exercises, functional activities, body mechanics, and home programs.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow established post-operative rehabilitation protocols and physician recommendations.
- Participate in quality improvement and team-based initiatives.
- Maintain a positive, professional relationship with patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
Qualifications Physical Therapist (PT):
- Current or eligible New Hampshire Physical Therapist license.
- BLS/BCLS certification required.
- Appropriate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Current or eligible New Hampshire PTA license.
- BLS/BCLS certification required.
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience Experience in orthopedic, sports medicine, outpatient, post-operative, hospital, SNF, or other physical therapy settings is welcome.

New graduates with the appropriate qualifications are also welcome to apply. Compensation Physical Therapist: Approximately $45-$50/hour, depending on experience.
Physical Therapy Assistant: Approximately $34.50/hour, with flexibility depending on experience.
