Job Summary Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Performs evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and applies appropriate clinical techniques and tools.
- Provides therapy interventions, ensures effective communication of care and discharge plans.
- Completes accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
- Supervises assigned assistants and performs additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent; licensure in the state of practice.
- Preferred: Two years of Physical Therapy experience.
- Required certifications include Physical Therapy licensure and BLS or CPR certification.
