About the role
Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients to promote recovery and long-term wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses.
- Create and implement tailored therapeutic treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families to empower recovery and enhance well-being.
- Model proficiency through precepting and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to safety, quality, and innovative clinical practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
- Current CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
