Role Overview: Seeking a
full-time Physical Therapist with hand therapy experience to provide outpatient services in a multidisciplinary setting. The role involves
evaluating and treating patients with various physical impairments, developing
personalized treatment plans , and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Delegating tasks to assistants and documenting care according to policies are essential duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience is not required but relevant knowledge in outpatient therapy is beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and adjust treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment
- Educate and consult with patients and healthcare team members
- Delegate interventions to assistants based on skill level
- Complete accurate documentation and perform assessments/reassessments
Additional Information:
- Flexible scheduling between 7AM and 6:30PM, no weekends or holidays
