About the role
We are seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Mentoring early-career therapists and students, fostering a collaborative learning environment
- Partnering with leadership on clinical development initiatives
- Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction through patient history and physical exams
- Developing and adjusting evidence-based care plans tailored to patient goals and needs
- Delivering interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities
- Monitoring patient outcomes and modifying treatment strategies accordingly
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate throughout the recovery process
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas or pursuing a DPT degree
- Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)
