About the role

We are seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Mentoring early-career therapists and students, fostering a collaborative learning environment
  • Partnering with leadership on clinical development initiatives
  • Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction through patient history and physical exams
  • Developing and adjusting evidence-based care plans tailored to patient goals and needs

  • Monitoring patient outcomes and modifying treatment strategies accordingly

Qualifications

  • Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas or pursuing a DPT degree
  • Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)
