Role: Physical Therapist in Outpatient Rehab providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques, and educate patients and families to promote recovery and long-term well-being. Emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and models proficiency through precepting.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred. Must hold a valid CO State licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills are essential.
