Jump start your new job by providing quality Home Care Physical Therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. Position Physical Therapist - Home Care (Delaware County)
Shift Day Shift, 20 hours per week
Experience 1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.
Education
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
Licensures/Certifications
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
- Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
