Job Summary
Plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Acts as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care teams, ensuring individualized treatment and discharge plans are effectively communicated.
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations to maintain quality standards and identify areas needing attention.
- Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.
- Develop and communicate personalized care and discharge plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
- Supervise assigned assistants and perform other related duties.
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent.
- Licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred: Two years of Physical Therapy experience.
