What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness, and other conditions affecting mobility and function
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques to maximize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Indiana Physical Therapist license or license eligibility
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
