In our efforts to improve health in the communities we serve, St. Luke's is excited to offer innovative orthopedic patient care at our state-of-the-art Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine facility (COSM). COSM will bring together numerous complementary healthcare services, such as orthopedic walk-in care, a surgery center, physical therapy, pharmacy services, and many more. Patients will experience accessible and affordable orthopedic care unlike any other in the Treasure Valley. Our 230,000-square-foot facility opened in February 2024.
What You Can Expect as a Physical Therapist at COSM Outpatient Ortho:
- 1:1 patient-centered care within an orthopedic therapy environment
- Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Commitment to professional growth and mentorship

- Support for APTA Board Certification or other specialization
- Medbridge subscription
- Balanced workload with protected documentation time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, availability within clinic hours from 7AM-6PM
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
