About the role

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time Location: Fort Collins, Colorado Job Type: Full-Time Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: Up to $12,000, based on experience, salary, and relocation needs Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Deliver one-on-one patient care based on established treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, treatment techniques, and home programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Coordinate patient care with the Physical Therapist and clinical leadership team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Follow established clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Support a positive, compassionate, and team-oriented patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in Colorado.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
