About the role
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time Location: Fort Collins, Colorado Job Type: Full-Time Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: Up to $12,000, based on experience, salary, and relocation needs Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Deliver one-on-one patient care based on established treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, treatment techniques, and home programs.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Coordinate patient care with the Physical Therapist and clinical leadership team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow established clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support a positive, compassionate, and team-oriented patient experience.

Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in Colorado.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
