Important Details
- Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Working hours: Consultation available regarding working days and hours
- Overtime: Approximately 6 hours per month
- Special clause for 36 Agreement: In case of trouble processing or tight deadlines, overtime can be extended up to 80 hours per month and 720 hours per year, limited to 6 times a year
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 125 days
- Contract: Fixed-term (less than 4 months), 3 months, with possibility of renewal under certain conditions (workload, performance, attitude, ability, company's business situation, progress of duties)
- Probation period: None (however, the first 3 months from the date of hire will be treated as a trial period)
- Work format: Remote work available
- Transfer: Possible within Tokyo and its vicinity, with maximum consideration for personal wishes
- Team: 19 employees (3 of whom are female)
- Employment type: Contract employee (non-regular employee), with a full-time employee promotion system (no track record in the past 3 years)
