About This Role
This developer role focuses on building and troubleshooting web-based applications using PHP. The position requires creating and testing efficient SQL queries, as well as developing HTML user interfaces with JavaScript interaction. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work effectively within a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and troubleshoot web-based applications using PHP (Object-oriented Scripting Language)
- Create and test web-based forms, including submission and updating functionalities
- Create and test efficient SQL queries against an Oracle database
- Create, test, and troubleshoot HTML user interfaces with JavaScript interaction
- Ensure exceptional customer service and support with prompt problem resolution and follow-up for local and remote end users
- Create and use Microsoft Excel macros and APIs
- Create Microsoft Visio documents
Requirements
- 2+ years of PHP (Object-oriented Scripting Language) development and troubleshooting of web-based applications
- 2+ years of web-based form creation, submission, and updating experience
- 2+ years of experience creating and testing efficient SQL queries against an Oracle database
- 2+ years of experience creating, testing, and troubleshooting HTML user interfaces with JavaScript interaction
- Must be a self-starter and able to follow and enforce defined division processes
- Must work well within a diverse integrated team environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- High level of problem-solving and analysis skills
- 2+ years of experience with creation and usage of Microsoft Excel macros and APIs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio document creation
